- R02 is a publication-only continuation from R01 model_publication.
- VM101 is not contacted.
- Inventory, target core and postcheck are not repeated.
- Existing Machine Git source content is not duplicated.
- The complete R01 inventory remains local evidence in its timestamped STEP directory.
- Public model includes only selected design evidence and metadata, passed through router-public-safe-payload.
- Active-link raw/real files are intentionally omitted from public model; active generation ID is preserved in facts and system-model.
- Private keys, provider configs, test-runs and full rootfs are not published.
