Exact VM100 and VM101 baselines were verified. Isolated fake nft, selector, status, lock and state directories proved Direct hold at healthy counts 0, 1 and 2; one atomic Direct disable at counts 3, 4 and 5; replay no-op; unchanged selector bytes; failure without successful state/ACK; and rollback of nft membership when helper state write or later topology persistence fails. The existing VM101 service-owned full-refresh handoff was re-proven without provider acquisition, dispatcher recommit or heavy refresh execution. Production routing and state hashes remained unchanged.
