## R06 continuation correction
R05 stopped read-only in `r04_evidence_verify` because it looked for `PRE_BOOT_ID` in `post-reboot.env`. R04 correctly stores the pre-boot ID in `pre-reboot.env`; R06 reads the retained files separately. No snapshot, reboot, apply, rollback, or zero-healthy operation is repeated.
