# P23B R03 continuation rollback

No core mutation is performed by R03, so there is nothing to roll back.

R01 already crossed its explicit Class C core boundary after live `0003`, compatible source hashes, zero legacy business rows, unchanged system egress rows, runtime restoration and backend health were proven. R02 stopped before any mutation because it looked for R01 retained evidence in the wrong state tree. R03 only validates retained evidence and current state, then publishes closure. Destructive restoration of the pre-0003 database/source is forbidden for this continuation.
